A Brief History of Walton Films

Established in early 2008, Walton Films was set up by director John Walton as a way of labelling his machinima films for ownership and by professional means. Soon, the works of the director became popular, and Walton Films took off - spawning numerous works, such as internet series "Explorer Chronicles" (2008-2009) and "Everyday Life" (2009-2010), and short films "Moonlight over Cretlin" (2010) and "Everyday Life: The Movie" (2011).

Despite becoming less active since Walton co-founded new company, Broken Lance Films, Walton Films has since hired the talents of a number of voluntary employees (See Below) and has some very ambitious projects lined up indeed.

About our Productions

Everyday Life (2009 - Present):
The original surrealist/slapstick comedy from 'Walton Films', 'Everyday Life' follows the lives of two housemates and the often surreal things they get up to. John (John Walton) is an eccentric, socially-inept teenager who is kept in check by best friend and housemate Richard (Richard Betts); a straight-talking, no-nonsense softie. Supported by a host of crazy supporting characters, like Vannessa (Nick Wright) and Fat Baz (Also John Walton), 'Everyday Life' is simple comedy at its most random!
